• Fraudulent activity may result in code deactivation

6. Staking

Staking:

• Requires locking tokens for 2 months after launch
• Offers 63% APY (subject to change)
• Does not guarantee returns
• May experience delays due to network congestion

By staking, you accept associated risks, including smart contract vulnerabilities.

7. Intellectual Property

All APEMARS branding, logos, graphics, stories, and styled content (including the N.A.S.A.-inspired theme) are the property of APEMARS and may not be copied without permission.

8. No Guarantees

APEMARS makes no promises regarding token value, financial returns, future roadmap delivery, exchange listings, or ecosystem expansion. All features are provided “as is.”

9. Limitation of Liability

APEMARS and its contributors are not responsible for financial losses, smart contract bugs, wallet errors, misuse of referral codes, market volatility, or lost seed phrases or private keys. Use the platform at your own risk.
